    I had a great experience with a young lady I believe her name was Scarlet she was so helpful. I explained i was a bit apprehensive to come into this store due to the horible reviews. However she was amazing she was extremely patient. I will make sure to go when she is working.

    This message is for the owner / administrator of this store . I went today January 20th at 5:10 PM ( I had my receipt) to drop off a return from Amazon there was two associates and the one who helped a dark skin guys it was so drunk that it wasn’t unacceptable the guy not only shows symptoms of be drunk he smelled only alcohol I was afraid my service wasn’t provided as I want thank god he only need to scan a barcode from my phone because anything else l highly doubt he was able to handle it…

    I went to simply return my device as a trade in and it went terribly wrong. I kept tracking the device to make sure it was in transit and it showed for days that it wasnt. When I called the store to verify if my device was indeed shipped, the employees were very sarcastic with me asking if I was sure someone else didn't drop off the device because they couldn't find it. They told me the tracking number I gave them was not correct. I told him I dropped it off myself and even described the 2 workers that was there the night I dropped it off. The guy puts me on hold then hangs up the phone on me. I immediately went in person to the store. Guess what? The same 2 people was in the store along with a heavy set guy who took my call. They heard the entire conversation I had over the phone. This explains why the heavy guy hung up the phone on me. He claims "he didn't mean to hang up", yeah sure.The woman was nasty saying she shipped off my phone but, remember" they couldn't find or track my device". The heavy guy says to me "show us the QR code why do you have to be so difficult." The very nerve of him. So I called customer service and they explained the receipt the woman gave me was cut off making the tracking number untraceable. The return label from the cell phone company was not used causing it to show in their system as 'not in transit'. All this woman had to do was use the return label from the cell phone company and not generate her own label. They even saw that the receipt was cut off and said nothing about it. Instead they all played dumb, was very rude and sarcastic, and they were the ones in the wrong for giving me a receipt of their tracking information that was cut off. I'll never trust this location again with anything I have to return especially not a cell phone.
