    This is the worst UPS store that I have encountered. I went to drop off a package and I said hello. The guy didn't even answer, and I was the only person and I had to wait 5 minutes while he was scanning something there. It looked like he was in a bad mood o upset with himself. I will never come back.

    Customer service is horrible at this location in general, but last week when I dropped off a return was my limit. Why tell me that I need to have my item packaged and boxed for send out AFTER scanning my QR code? Did they expect me spend $10 worth of supplies at their store to do so? Because that was never my intent. I decided to just come back later and package it AT HOME. Unfortunately it was marked as shipped by the business I bought it from and I had to contact customer service of the business I bought the item from so I can explain the situation and get a new QR code.
