We had nine boxes we needed to send home to Southern California and were having so much trouble finding anyone in Manhattan to accommodate us at an affordable price. Around the corner from the dorm, we tried Staples as a last ditch effort. Kyle greeted us immediately upon our arrival. He probably noted the anxiety in our faces as we'd been trying to solve the shipping issue all day. Kyle immediately took our boxes, told us we didn't have to commit to anything, he'd get our total for us so we could decide if we wanted to move forward or not. He then weighed and added up the total, looked at all possible coupons applicable to my purchase, reminded me of my rewards program, double checked his entries and all discounts before charging me, and provided a clear review and breakdown of my receipt as well as what to expect next. With the discounts and coupons I wasn't even aware of before Kyle advised me of them, I saved hundreds of dollars. Kyle literally saved our vacation. If we were unable to send our items across country, we would have had to throw them out. That would have certainly ruined the rest of our vacation for my family. This is by far the best customer service I've ever received, especially considering our location- busy Manhattan. I will suggest Staples to anyone and everyone I know in the area because of the service Kyle provided. Great job! Thanks again, Kyle!
