I understand they may not accept any request of faster pickup due to various reasons but there is a way to convey that and speak to a customer. We are paying them for the services and expect some kind of respect and support. All I’m expecting is some sort of friendly response and support, again they need not have to accept every request we make but at least hear out and reject politely. Is that a lot to ask staples?
