I patiently waited for about 20 minutes or more no one even acknowledged me or anything.. I finally had the chance to asked someone who came out from the back room if anyone can help me and she said the lady who was back there will .. she left and then the lady who she was referring to finally came out of the back room. I approached her and she was getting ready to go on her lunch break.. i said another lady in the back said that you were the person I was supposed to be helped by. Unfortunately she was going to lunch , but had a supervisor help me .. Now I would give it a 5 star due to him because he was extremely apologetic and very helpful. Thanks ! But the sad thing is they don't know if people have injuries or hurt and can't wait around for long like myself so I think they need to do better in asking how can I help you or at least an estimate time of how long you should wait. Yes I know i should've left but I was trying to make a picture gift for someone 🤷♀️ Please Staples do better I mean that with utmost respect.
