Stop by to get passport pictures taken. The guy who helped me was great. I went to pay, but the transaction wasn’t going through, so he called the manager, Sandra, and instead of helping, she was very RUDE !! I told her, even showed her, that I was charged on my card, but she said it didn’t happen and that I needed to call my bank because she can’t help me now. I started to get angry. After all, what do you mean you can help me and the money was taken off now because I’m pissed off now I’m yelling the cashier at the other end of the register had the nerve to yell out “OMG the will go back to you need to shut up and stop yelling” now I’m EVEN MORE pissed because WHY are you inserting yourself if I’m speaking with a manger already there was no need for you to even speak to me or even about what was going on between me and the MANAGER and instead of Sandra de-escalating the problem she added on by telling me that oh the transaction went through but now she's cancelling the transaction. I left Staples very upset, and people were telling me I need to calm down and stop yelling when I was charged money, and NO ONE is helping me

I came here to print material for an event and the employees at the printing station went above and beyond to ensure our materials were ready and the quality was what we wanted. They are detailed and thoughtful. I would recommend this place over and over. Be cautious that this place does get very busy so the turn around time will depend on their demand.

Today I went to a Staples store and had a terrible experience. The staff was completely unmotivated, chatting among themselves and clearly not interested in helping customers. I asked a simple question to one of the employees and the answer I got was: “That’s your problem, I don’t care.” If you work in customer service and treat people like this, you should seriously consider changing professions. I do not recommend this store.
