Instead it was sent out for completion (with no notice) and now it’s over a week later with no update, tracking (again, for something that was supposed to be printed in store that they decided to send out instead) NOTHING. Horrible experience from Staples!

I was so frustrated after the post office couldn’t send my package and I walked into Staples to print my slip and return back to the post office. Alex helped me with the computer and when it wasn’t working, he paid for my printing after fixing it. Then as I was walking out the door, he went out of his way to tell me he could help me right then and there. He then packaged up my return diligently and saved me from another annoying trip to the post office! He was kind, sincere, and an incredible worker! I wish I could thank him even more.
