To my surprise, the phone was actually answered promptly (is that even a thing anymore?). Gabriel engaged my needs and even went into showroom to see if my product was available. It was, he held it for me, and I was in and out efficient upon arrival...to save the day. In fact, several members of the team offered assistance while I perused other items. In a world full of voice prompts and AI dead ends over the phone, it is refreshing to experience this level of personal customer service. Because of answering one phone call, secured $120 of business in minutes. Thank you kindly. I am working downtown for a month and will utilize only their services while I'm here. Keep up the amazing work.
