I couldn’t find it on the shelf so I ask the employee at the register, Clara. She got another employee named Miguel to come help me find it. He then went and got a new box down from the top of the shelf just to give me the one pack of paper I was looking for. He didn’t make a big deal about getting it for me and when I went to checkout Clara said she knew I would get it!

The store is big, so the first time felt a little overwhelming—I wasn’t sure where to go—but the signage helped, and returns happen at the shipping center (which makes perfect sense). On my most recent visit, Pastora helped me out. She was so kind she even apologized for finishing up the previous order—even though there was no wait and absolutely nothing to apologize for! I was in and out in maybe three minutes. I’ve also used this Staples as my TSA PreCheck enrollment center, and that process was smooth too. They verified my ID quickly and professionally. All in all, I have nothing but good things to say about the service here.
