When I explained that the boxes were light, she still refused to help, saying they were “too heavy” and that “their boxes couldn’t fit.” Another staff member joined in, not to assist, but to argue with me. The two of them acted like bullies — arrogant, rude, and abusing their authority just because they could. It genuinely felt like they didn’t want to work and were taking it out on customers.
