    Installer caused damage to my vents in the ceiling and had to pay $800 for repairs. Seems when inserting the dryer vent hose into the opening, he forced it so hard it disconnected the elbow joint in the ceiling. This was discovered when I was trying to have my vents cleaned and they couldn’t get through that area to remove lint. Ceiling had to be cut open and elbow joint repaired. Claim was denied, I appealed and was told they would rather not put through insurance and would settle. I agree on an amount they offered and then was dropped like a hot potato!! I’ve called Lowe’s and RXO a number of times but keep getting nowhere. AWFUL customer service!!

    I spent far too much time on the phone with RXO requesting that they need to share important information with their dispatch team concerning best dropoff locations and logical truck sizes ahead of a delivery for heavy appliances. They reassured me that everything was communicated when in fact it was not. Careless people, terrible organization. Stay away

    Terrible delivery team. They stopped at my house to tell their team that we put the wrong address in after literally locking EYES, Then they proceeded to drive off without delivering our refrigerator. This behavior is completely unacceptable and lazy. They’ve already put off our delivery from a week ago and now have rescheduled us for next week. Who’s to say they won’t just do this again. If you can avoid them do so AT ALL AND ANY COST.

    Terrible service. I had a scheduled delivery from IKEA that included a couch. The driver called me on the way to say they forgot to load the couch and would deliver it another day. However, they delivered only part of the order and then lied, claiming the couch had been delivered. I spent hours on the phone with IKEA trying to prove that the couch was never delivered. Because of this vendor’s dishonesty, I may lose $3,000 — they continue to insist that the couch was included in the delivery. I even have a photo from the driver showing it wasn’t, yet they keep lying to me and to IKEA. Absolutely unacceptable experience…

    Genuinely one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had with any company. I’ve wasted weeks of time trying to get them to deliver my order after informing them I needed a COI for delivery. They show up to do the delivery without the COI, I have to reschedule everything, wait for it to be returned to their warehouse, rescanned and rescheduled. Then, they send the COI, we schedule the delivery and it turns out they failed to fill out half of the COI so my building can’t accept it AGAIN. Then, I call their support for hours trying to get it resolved and they are useless. Then the driver marks the delivery as delivered and I can’t even reschedule it from IKEA. I’m waiting on my furniture for my empty apartment and would never use them literally ever again. Horrible.
