    Complete utter garbage. Failed to deliver my IKEA delivery one weekend due to a broken truck. IKEA told me they rescheduled them to come after 6pm that same day. They call me at 4pm and say they can't come back after 6pm and are there now, after I've left. The following weekend, the same guy Dwight Leroy Absalom marks it as a failed delivery at 12:53PM. I am sitting here at home. No doorbell ring. No phone call. No message. I get notification around 1:30PM I'm the next delivery. 10 minutes later a text from IKEA saying it's a failed delivery because I wasn't home. Again. No phone call. No text. No door bell ring. The IKEA people even say the drivers don't ring the door bell. This guy should be fired, and RXO should be fired as IKEA's couriers. They deserve to fall into a pit.

    Terrible service. Told my delivery was between 3-7pm. I would have just gone and picked it up but I never received any communication and then was told after I took an extra day off work that the delivery wouldn't be made today. What the hell?? No phone call, no email just sorry, not going to deliver today. Completely ridiculous.

    They have truly earned their hundreds of 1 star reviews. The original phone number I was given for them is out of service. They said I'll receive multiple confirmations, and I have received none despite them having confirmed my phone and email address. They said they've emailed me info but refuse to resend it once I tell them nothing arrived. They acknowledged on the phone their tracking portal doesn't reflect any of their internal systems. Their useless phone reps ask you to remain on the line for a survey and then the survey just hangs up on you. Stunningly incompetent from stem to stern.

    RXO handled delivery of a washer and dryer. The guys were very friendly - two stars for that. But they didn't have a leveler, so they couldn't level the machine. When I said it was uneven, he said it's because the floor isn't perfectly level. Well, duh, that's why you need to level the machines. Otherwise it will vibrate excessively, which it is. Leveling is an important part of the installation, so in my view, they didn't even finish the installation. They also scraped up my floor pretty badly (see photos). Hopefully, they'll figure out a way to resolve this and send someone back to level the machines.

    Terrible service. Do not use. Read the reviews, they have a 1 star rating and are flooded with terrible reviews from customers within the last few months. There are responses posted to each bad review by the company expressing apologies yet no actual firm steps to fix their terrible service. I ordered a TV from Costco which was supposed to be delivered to your room of choice. Instead, the 2 delivery guys left it at the front entrance half inside the door and half outside even though I was there asking them to move it into the living room. I pushed it gently inside the entrance by myself but I am physically unable to move it due to back issues. Currently it is a physical hazard that could crush my little kid if she tips it over. Terrible, terrible business which continues to get flooded with bad reviews. I called Costco to call the drivers and please send them back to help but they refused saying they were already at the next stop. I filed a complaint with Costco against using this company in the future. UPDATE: I called RXO Logistics and told them about my bad experience with their delivery drivers but they did not offer any assistance, nor did they offer to help me. Truly disappointing!
