- BCBrandon ColonJul 24, 20251.0Before I go off To R.H Don't bother giving me a link to customer satisfaction because I already see that you dont seek to improve with how these other stories are sorted Edit: Now its one star the gaslit apologies do nothing I told you I didn't want your customer feedback line and you sent it anyway which proves my point got I wish you were this spot on when I was looking I may have actually found a job but no the gaslighting and apologies I can't do anything with that accept the actions and pain you caused and dont try to butter the people you hurt up because that is despicable and low of you I wanted to put one star but I'm going to put two I did get one job however this job was not well researched and the manager I had at Roundtable technologies (Yes im calling them out for this) decided to isolate me in the job and further hire two employess who were friends with her and I ended up getting shafted mind you it wasnt the position I interviewed for. I tried to warn my recruiter but it was not taken seriously I even had damning evidence that the Tech Deliveries Manage at Roundtable was being a rat about everything hell she never spoke to my recruiter on any progress I was making and vice versa my recruiter never checked up on HER! Even when I filed the complaint. This led me to almost being homeless after 5 months and even worse off my meds I couldn't function at all. I messaged them on checking in for JOBS THAT WERE OPENLY AVAILABLE and not once did I get any help for it after they pleaded and apologized to me for giving me an abusive jobsite (It was remote and it was horrible) and even said I was a priority since this happened with both the recruiter AND manager and 5 months they still refused to help me. I ended up with another guy who left me on read for 2 months and when I finally confronted had the audacity to tell me how unprofessional I was and that I should have emailed him. Again two months with read receipts did not answer me and had the friggin audacity to say Im unprofessional he messaged me for the role and left me on read for 2 months which was absolutely disgusting and my original recruiter who was "Helping me answered calls yes but didn't even help me I was practically doing her work FOR HER by finding the jobs on their site only to find out these jobs are not updated at all like what the hell Horrible work ethics, Horrible service, Horrible communications honestly they had some nerve gaslighting me someone who got screwed over because of their lack of communication and worse I suffered horribly and they gaslit me the whole time with excuses and bullshit meanwhile Im suffering here My take if your a recruitment company and your job is to network and communicate and you can't even do that then you need to not exist anymore and quite frankly I should sue for the false advertisement and months of trauma all of you caused me you should be ashamed.
- ADAppey DJul 3, 20251.0I don’t know where to start but I’ll make it short and to the point. At one time 2018 I was given a good assignment to work in a hospital. Fast forward in the last couple Of months I’ve been in communication with several recruiters in regards to available positions. I’m ready to work these entry level positions I’m really in need of a job. However I go thru all the steps, brief interviews & then nothing else happens. A week later a new assignment is emailed to me & it’s the same positions they said was no longer available from a different recruiter. I’ve been going in circles since January and it’s now July & still jobless. No one call back even when you leave a detailed message. They transfer you to voicemail everyone is so Busy doing nothing . I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. They have truly fallen off the temp agency map. A complete waste of time and energy. They’re just collecting data.

During my temp period, Andrew was my contact and he always checked in and answered any of my questions. It was wonderful working with him.
