  "We worked with PENN Creative Strategy on a collaboration amongst the 5 NYC borough arts councils to conduct a DEIA audit of our grantmaking practices. They not only helped us identify areas to strengthen but they also helped us start conceiving and building plans for more large scale collaborative initiatives. Plus they were also a pleasure to work with. We would recommend them to any organization looking at DEIA practices or looking to strengthen their collaborative muscles."

  I had the great fortune to work with Molly Penn of PENN Creative Strategy this past month. She hired my company to help with a number of graphic design projects. Working with Molly was a pleasure because she was both clear about her ideas and open to new ones. She has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. She understands the value of good presentation, and how it can impact and create engagement. Additionally, her strategic skills were apparent with each project we collaborated on. She always had firm ideas for the direction she was heading and why she wanted certain components included in the designs. For me she was an ideal client and I hope that Molly and I can collaborate on many more projects together.
