- FFFMGOct 8, 20251.0been with kapitus for a few years now. first time funding was great. we were eligible for a renewal and took advantage of additonal funds. all was good were now more than 70% paid off and have gotten over 13 renewal offers this year and each one is from a different representative. the last offer from Romeo Falconi, Jr has been an ongoing thing for 4 months where he keeps telling us to hold tight while he finalizes things. recently we were approached by Vanessa Vargas who told us to send her info that we recently sent to romeo when i explained that i was dealing with romeo she told us to disregard him and that she was a senior account specialist. we asked her to elaborate on our situation and why we have been told to submit current paperwork 13 times this year and every time we submit we never hear any results just another agent asking for the same current statments. at that point she never responded and now its radio silence from kapitus all together really sucks because they were once a great company to work with and now they are in the gutter
