- ASAleksander Skjoelsvik6 days ago1.0The worst FedEx location I’ve set foot in. Only person working disappeared for ~10 mins as I walked in. “Be back soon” the security said as no one showed up. Not willing to accept a prepaid shipment as they didn’t want to print the label. “We’re not that type of ship center” whatever that means. Laziest and most careless attitude from the employee. no greeting, no smile, no care. Manager has failed this location
- LMLiam MorrisonDec 10, 20251.0Drivers are extremely lazy/incompetent and will make fraudulent delivery attempts to save them the minute it takes to actually ring the doorbell. This is especially true for a driver named Ralph who has made countless delivery “attempts” to my apartment without ever actually buzzing my apartment. Entry to my building has never been an issue for UPS/USPS/Amazon drivers. Cannot speak to the in-store staffing at this location, but the drivers (especially Ralph) are incompetent, miserable people.
