He gave me incorrect information and told me I cut him off when he simply told me the highest/fastest price and no other options.. yeah I'm going to have a follow up question when only one option is briefed. Just because you're using a calm tone doesn't mean you're not being completely incompetent and unkind from a customer service perspective. Get a back of house job my friend --this is not your calling.

But if you just go with it, he turns out to be incredibly efficient. In the end, I had an excellent experience. This office is a bit out of the way, so there’s no line, and the staff are truly chill. I don’t think I’m going anywhere else now. I love a no-nonsense New York office.
