  I've had the worst experience with FedEx and my package coming from a drop off at this location. They claim the package had multiple labels (although their support associate told me it was once confirmed there wasn't) making the package undeliverable. If the package had multiple labels and was dropped off why wouldn't they catch that?! I bought the label for a hotel to drop the package off, they wouldn't talk to me or the hotel because the label was created by a guest account by me. They have made everything beyond difficult. I've spent over 3 hours on the phone with support trying to resolve. They claim they will call back and never do. They automatically auto close every ticket I try to create to get an answer. This has been the worst experience of my life. I will never again use FedEx.

  ZERO STARS. Shut this FedEx down. There are no working phone lines, so I had to travel an hour in person to correct an address that was entered incorrectly by the employee. When I went to fix it, I was required to pay again because they stated that my aunt (the original sender) had confirmed the address. However, we had provided the correct address in writing. The employee had entered the information wrong. After paying a second time, the employee entered the address incorrectly again. He asked for my phone to put the address in, why did he get the address wrong? I didn’t check the zip code line because he had grabbed my phone I believed he had it right…. My aunt is elderly and she also believed he had put it in right because she had handed him the correct address. We should not have to pay twice for errors made by staff. If he cannot write the address in why not us do it right from the start and not become teachers trying to correct his mistakes. Additionally, customer service informed me that address changes can only be handled in person at this store. What kind of policy is this????? Lack of attention, lack of care, horrible employee. I expect better service and a review of how these errors are being handled.

  Not helpful. Need 3 inches of tape to seal box… guy said “only tape for purchase” so I had to go back home. UPS on 42nd is much better

  Every time I walk in and see Dave, I know I’m getting the absolute best service. He always greats me with a smile, and is extremely efficient. Solid employee.

  Don’t go here if you want to ship something urgent. The person working there will not accept packages even before the cutoff time because he wants to go home exactly at cutoff time. Even the website says the dropoff time but he will not listen. Wish I can give zero stars.
