- TRtangkwaja RamachoSep 26, 20251.0I would give them a 0 star. Please dont Ship over here. After you shipped your destination will get empty package. On Tuesday Aug 26. 1.56pm at fedex. I went there i met one color lady stand by the counter and I told her to drop off she said ok. After that i dont know what happened to my shipment it took longer than usual to get to samsung factory and I got back the email that my package look fine but after they open the box, the box was empty. One box is my new samsung watch 8 classic. I've never been open bcaz I want to switch to watch 8. Another package its my watch 6 classic for my trade in. Both went missing. Now I have to carry my dept almost $500. And still dont know what to do bcaz already been a month samsung denied my refund. This is my big reason. Will never go to that store again. And make sure bfor u shipped it out. Do all the vdo record now 👎👎👎👎👎

If you can't do it just tell us you can't do it. Don't waste our time. She eventually ignored us and i do not think FedEx should tolerate staff with this horrible attitude.
