Avoid at all costs, the woman who seemed to be running the place was rude, in front of a crowd, and clearly unhelpful. I had an armful of packages that were already labeled that I just wanted to drop off, and she made a spectacle of me. Fortunately other customers, who witnessed this fiasco, came to my aid to help me locate another nearby ship center, on 35th that I've been to before and is much more helpful and courteous. The other customers also informed me that I was not the only one attacked.
