Picture this: it’s a Friday night rush with people constantly coming through the door, but she managed to triage every situation and keep things moving smoothly. As soon as I handed her my box, she immediately noticed I was reusing a type of packaging that could’ve caused issues during shipping. I really appreciated that she took the time to point it out. I asked if she could repackage it using the proper size box (which I happily paid for), and she took care of it right away. The fact that she didn’t just scan the package and move on made me feel like she was looking out for me — and when you’re scrambling on a Friday night to meet the drop-off cutoff, that really matters!

Sharron the manager is the most unprofessional person that I have ever spoken with! I had to reprint everything because the printer printed all the numbers wrong and also the printer was VERY SLOW (it took one minute for one page to print)! I called the headquarters to complain and they connected me to Sharron who definitely made it even worst. She said that I tried to resolve this issue after 3 weeks when I had called the headquarters already 3 times and had two cases recorded on the system! She also said that there are many people that try to defraud Fedex - as if I am a criminal! Please do a favor to yourself and don't go there!!!
