  If I could give this location and this company no stars, I would. It’s interesting to see so many mixed reviews of positive and negative experiences with this location. As a long time resident of this neighborhood I’ve used this location for shipping something overnight. I paid for an overnight delivery and the package arrived two days late. When I went to the location to get a refund I was given attitude and a passively aggressive runaround by the store clerk Sheika. Who told me I had to call the store on Monday and speak to the manager Courtney. When I called on Monday and spoke to Courtney she too was dismissive and politely gave me the runaround on how to get my money back by calling the FedEx customer service number. The company overall gives you a runaround and passes the buck in order for you to get your money back. It’s frustrating to pay for a service and not receive the service then have to jump through hoops in order to get a refund. This is the last time I use FedEx because it’s obvious that they don’t care for my business and care so much about their bottom line.

  The location completely dropped the ball on topic of client service as it also lost this customer. My online order was not ready when I attempted to pick up a full day after the date it should have been already at the location. The onsite employee was very unprofessional and refused to contact the center manager to help resolve the situation, despite informing onsite employee that I will contact FedEx Main Customer Service Department. The employee did not care. Therefore reached out directly to FedEx Main Customer Service Department, whom also attempted to contact the location via phone call and the location placed its own FedEx main Customer Service Representative on hold twice. Not good for business. Did get a full refund for my online order but only because FedEx Customer Service Department told me to send email directly to the center manager.

  Sheika was excellent and helped tremendously. I had to return equipment from my job but the QR code wasn't working since the system was down. Instead of telling us to go on our way she called another location to verify if the system was down everywhere else. By the time she did that the system was back up and I was able to send back my equipment hassle free.
