PACK & SHIP: The male associate who helped us pack our box was so friendly and down to earth. Unfortunately the price to ship our little bundle of joy came out to $89 because they offer only two shipping options to Hawaii - next day and 2nd day (the one we chose.) Oh well, we're used to getting screwed for shipping. COMPUTERS & SCANNER: They had several computers for use and an empty station for laptops. Only 1 station has a scanner which was occupied, so we waited a short while. Once you stick in your card for payment, a small box appears letting you know of your duration and dollar amount. We needed to scan some documents and email them. The directions that are displayed are totally wrong. Don't follow them like we did and wasted some time & money. Instead, we went straight into the scanner's folder and got it to work from there. OVERALL: Great service, convenient location to Times Square, and outrageous shipping pricing to Hawaii.

I’ve gotten bags for free from them in the past, so the charge was baffling. The worst part is that I was told about the charge only after the bags had been used and the labels stuck on them, so I couldn’t just cancel the mail-ins and return to store. The guy seemed surprised when I told him he should have disclosed the charges from the get go. Very disappointing experience.

They called me back and said it would take 30 minutes but called me back again 10 minutes later saying it was already done. I hope the workers there get all their blessings in life because they were absolutely so nice and speedy. They just made my day with how fast their customer service was!
