  Kirk is an excellent customer service representative and was juggling multiple extremely complicated & large orders and made sure my order and experience was handled correctly. He single handled saved this review from being 1 star. Thank you Kirk!

  Staff prioritizes gossiping with each other, talking about sports, while customers line up and wait. When staff eventually engages with customers, they seemed bothered that they have to work and provide a service to someone waiting in line. Rude attitude for a working employee. What a disgrace this location has become. I've been shipping out of this location for several years and it has declined in the quality of staff and service.

  Absolutely worst store. A gem find amongst the already atrocious FedEx outlets averaging a tough 3.5 around the country.

  I was trying to drop off a package using an old fedex bag with the old fedex label on it. The agent at the counter insisted that it was for an express shipping and I cannot use it to do ground shipping, which was ridiculous. It was simply an old label and has nothing to do with the bag. They just wanted me to pay the extra wrapping fee! What a rip off! I went to the nearby Walgreens and they took my package as is, no question asked!
