I was trying to drop off a package using an old fedex bag with the old fedex label on it. The agent at the counter insisted that it was for an express shipping and I cannot use it to do ground shipping, which was ridiculous. It was simply an old label and has nothing to do with the bag. They just wanted me to pay the extra wrapping fee! What a rip off!
I went to the nearby Walgreens and they took my package as is, no question asked!

There was one employee who was actively helping the line that was building up, while another team member, Shawna refused to make eye contact with any customers and stayed in the back area in full view. After 3 requests by the first employee to help, Shawna came up to the front after 15 minutes of having customers wait. She yelled and asked if we were all together. As the next person in line, I responded and said that we’re all different groups, to my knowledge. She angrily responded back “I was just asking a question.”
After completing my order, she said, “just by so you know you could’ve done this at a machine, I don’t know why you waited in line.”
I’m reaching out to FedEx directly as well, as Shawna seems set on verbally attacking and arguing with customers, when she does interact with them. The other team member is carrying the full burden of the helping customers and Shawna is actively creating a hostile, combative environment for customers who are simply trying to get errands taken care of.

Not enough staff, not enough store hours, not enough scanners, not enough urgency to address all. Consistently experience painfully long lines and wait times.

The service was unbelievable. A working female refused to help me. She summons another worker who was just as unprofessional and rude as herself. If you have another location you can go to, avoid these two.
