Dzifa took my packages, was flexible on how to best do insurance, split up the packages and he was completely patient through the process. Packed them well and bantered about NFL games while doing it. In a city that usually has cold interactions - Dzifa represented the opposite. Hope his cheer spreads across the rest of the employees.
