    The only FedEx location I'll go to. Really great at handling customers, as the line can get long. Smooth and quick transactions. Equipment is always up and running if you need to make a copy or print. Well kept and stocked, as well.

    Had the most incredible experience with Rogerio who went above and beyond to help me print my paperwork after the printers decided to charge me but not print. I’ve never had anyone take such care someone give this man a raise!!!!!

    Rogerio is Amazing!! I had an incredible experience at this FedEx location thanks to Rogerio. I came in under a tight deadline needing five bound copies of an 80-page proposal printed and ready to deliver the same day. The file was large and wasn’t formatting correctly on the printer, but Rogerio calmly jumped in to troubleshoot. He went above and beyond — printing the tricky portfolio section one page at a time, coordinating with other staff to help organize the pages, personally checking that everything was in perfect order, and even finding me a box so I could transport the proposals safely. He stayed professional, kind, and efficient the entire time, even with the time pressure. Not everyone would have handled that situation with the same patience and care. Rogerio really saved the day — a true hero and a great example of customer service done right. I came back to this location. after I ran the proposal over to get his name so I could write this review. He deserves a big thank you.

    Have been coming to this location for almost a year after moving in around the block. Generally speaking, I have found the people here to be very friendly, polite, and accommodating – the epitome of efficiency and customer service. Definitely a step up from the bored, apathetic attitudes at nearby UPS or Amazon return centers. I will say, in the last three months, they have instituted some sort of policy for store employees to direct us to a self service kiosk for printing labels ourselves. When I’ve asked “can you please just scan it for me” I’ve gotten the same talking point from a few employees: “what if I have a line, then you can do it yourself”. When I point out that there is no line, they still want me to scan and stick myself. Today this happened again and I finally asked if this is a new change of policy, which was confirmed. This new policy feels very dismissive - if I would rather wait and be attended to by a person instead of using a machine, I should have that choice as a customer. (Why have employees at all?! I much prefer to interact with the people who work in this store especially!) TLDR: New store policies forcing use of self-service stations (instead of just a suggestion for next time) are NOT GOOD, make me think twice about where I want to go for shipping/returns. Please change course so I can enjoy your delightful and helpful employees.
