However, after it was delivered, I could not print the receipt online because it requires either 9 digit shipper # or fedex account number which I don't have both. I called them directly and really upset how incompetence they are, the lady Ms S did not know how to print it and said we do not handling ground services?? (your office offered me ground shipping!!), then put me through to customer service hotline. After 2 calls with 15 mins waiting, I spoke to the guy and he told me you need to get back to such fedex location and ask them to print out the receipt with their shipper #, if I don't have fedex account number!! OK, was it a mission impossible for you (1350 broadway) to print out the proof of delivery for a paying customer?? if you cannot give the shipper #. I choose this prime location because I trust they might be more competence in their services to handle my important package, but the experience speak for itself!
