When I walked in, I approached the self-service kiosk, and out of nowhere, she grabbed my package to scan it—something I didn’t ask for. She started interrogating me about what was inside, even though I had headphones in, and gave me an annoyed look when I didn’t immediately respond (I didn’t need her help, honestly). Then, she made a point to tell me there couldn’t be hazardous materials in the box (obviously), and insisted I rip the receipt “gently.” It’s almost as if she was looking for something to complain about or just wanted someone to piss off because she’s bored with her life and her job. I get that some people have bad days, but this was just uncalled for and made the entire experience uncomfortable. This also isn’t the first time this has happened since I work nearby. If you're considering going here, there’s another location just three blocks north. I honestly feel bad for anyone who has to work with her.

The, I assume manager looked me up and down and goes "Now what are YOU shipping to Montreal of all places." And was extremely condescending to me. I am a woman who looks VERY young and she spoke to me as if I had no idea you have to sign affidavits and forms to internationally ship something. Was being rude before I could even say I had everything already. I was given attitude and judgement in a really bizarre way and I know it is because I looked young to her, I am in my 30s. I walked out and went to my usual place on broadway and 35th. Absolutely a weird vibe in this place.
