  “A rare gem in Midtown — I hope this location stays forever.” I’ve walked to so many drop-off points around the neighborhood — Walgreens, pharmacies, random shipping counters — and honestly, nothing compares to this FedEx Office. This place is a breath of fresh air. Clean layout, organized workstations, everything easy to find, and sunlight pouring in from 36th Street. It feels like a place built to support you, not stress you out. And the service? Exceptional. NYA was amazing — warm, patient, and genuinely committed to helping. She walked me through everything with clarity and kindness, even when the store was busy. In New York, service like that feels rare, and it truly made my day. Moments like this remind me why I choose FedEx over other drop-off locations. If you live or work around Midtown, this is the place you want to keep in your orbit. Efficient, reliable, and run by people who actually care. I hope this office stays here forever — it’s become my new go-to spot for all shipping and printing needs.

  Don’t waste your time. It’s the worst poor service. You’re going wait over 15 minutes just get a code to get document printed.

  This place is the worst FedEx I’ve ever been to EVER,EVER,EVER. The service is unbelievably slow, unimaginably SLOW! How is this possible? With 2 people in line the service is the slowest i have ever witnessed. Its never a good time to go.

  Used this facility on July 21, 2019 to mail some items back to myself to clear space in my traveling backpack. Quick, easy, and convenient. I paid. They boxed and wrapped. Would use again.

  Today I walked into the 37th and seventh location to have passport photo taken . So I can begin using the one day service which was approximately 800.00. I got my passport photo taken by Gail and then came back in to get my itinerary printed. I tried using the print and go station and kept getting an error message, decided to see the customer service representative so that way I can be assisted. Instead of assisting me she decided to roll her eyes and catch an attitude when I Asked her can I send the document directly to her to be printed. Her response was “I don’t have to help you, you can go sit at a cpu “ on top of that the associate took a passport photo that the passport agency DID NOT accept . So not only did I waste money on the photo that was too dark . I ended up having to go directly to the office and wait 4+ hrs to do my passport. In a way it was a blessing because by not using your HORRIBLE service that required me take another passport photo at a Cvs . I also saved the 800$ it would have costed me to do the expedited service at fed ex ! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE FED EX FOR PASRPORT PICTURES OR EXPEDITED SERVICES! THEY ADVERTISE IT AS NEXT DAY BUT IT ACTUALLY TAKES 3 AND ITS 4x THE PRICE AND THEY TAKE TERRIBLE PHOTOS THAT WONT GET ACCEPTED AND ITLL ONLY FURTHER DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU!! WASTED MY TIME AT 5am THANKS TO GAIL! IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB QUIT INSTEAD OF INCONVENIENCING CUSTOMERS !
