The store hours posted clearly on the storefront stated 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, yet the location never opened at all. There was no sign explaining the closure, no update posted online, and no communication whatsoever. I contacted FedEx customer service for help, and they were completely unhelpful. I was told that there is no corporate contact number available and that apparently none of their locations can provide direct corporate support. That is unacceptable for a company of this size. This wasted my time and disrupted my schedule, and the lack of accountability or customer support made the situation even worse. Posting store hours and then failing to open — with no explanation and no way to escalate the issue — is incredibly unprofessional. I would not recommend relying on this location if you need timely or dependable service.

- MNM NSep 22, 20251.0First time at a FedEx so me and the person I was with were confused at what to do. We come in, employees are in the back and see us but do not greet or acknowledge us. We finally figure out what to do, without their help. When we stepped away from the counter, that's when an employee came to the front. We were still ignored. A ✋🏻 person came in and was greeted immediately and asked if she needed assistance. Will go to another location moving forward. Go here if you want to do things yourself quickly but dont expect for any help from any of the 3/5 employees in the back.
