Was happy with my recent shredding experience here. They are the most affordable in the neighborhood per pound, which is really smart of them.
UPS a half block away charges 2x the pound price, and the other UPS on Amsterdam is 40% more than FedEx. Smart of FedEx to undercut the market for a commoditized service like this since all three places are within a block or two of one another.
My only criticism is that, given the sensitive nature of shredding, it would be helpful if FedEx let customers put their own sensitive papers in the bins themselves. Other than that, the experience was solid. Askale helped me and did a great job of getting every last item in the bin while I watched.
Recommend.

The store is listed as open on Sundays from 12:00 to 6:00PM, same information at the door, but today was closed at 4:30PM, no notice, no sign, and no updated info online.

This FedEx office has many printers! The office is very light and bright. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Want to thank Angel for being so patient. He was the agent that assisted. Great experience!

As others have mentioned, Michael was one of the worst humans I've had the displeasure of interacting with. Rude from the get-go and seemed angry that someone was asking him to do his work. How this boy still has a job in customer service is beyond me.

If I call asking your hours today, don’t respond to me saying they should be online. That’s not what I asked. I asked you on the phone for a normal answer. Especially when it is New Year’s eve. Do better! Is it really that difficult? They need to be more strict who they put on the phone. This is NYC where the options are limitless for me timo take my business to.
