- SGSophie G.Nov 20, 20252.0Second time now that the person at the front desk I have dealt with at 2255 Broadway is unhelpful regarding an international shipment. After the employee printed the receipt with the tracking number, I asked whether a "commercial invoice" was also needed, to which the employee answered "that's up to you". I asked again as the answer was obviously not satisfying, leaving it up to me, the customer, to decide what the protocol should be to ensure that the shipment reaches its recipient. The employee repeated "that's up to you." I then asked if I could speak to the manager to figure it out; it's at that point that the employee replied "yes, you must fill out a commercial invoice". The manager came over, handed me the form to fill, and then helped with processing the shipment. I found the experience mind boggling and the first employee completely unhelpful, rude, ad neglectful. Had I not inquired about the commercial invoice, I have no idea where the shipment would be. This did not need to be as frustrating as it was. FedEx needs to hire and train employees who know what they are doing.
