- FFFaradayNov 30, 20251.0$3 and change to print for a single piece of paper because it was done by the staff smh 🤦🏻♂️enjoy that extra $2.50 fedex. Unbelievable, worst part is that they don’t even mention it or let you know that the printer kiosk is cheaper 😒

- NSNate SocolofSep 27, 20251.0Incompetent staff, and rude too. Save yourself time and go to one of their other locations nearby. They ‘couldn’t’ scan a QR code to generate a label for a return, said I had to contact the company that created the code as it was invalid. Went to the fedex a few blocks away, and the same QR code worked instantly. These guys don’t know what they’re doing. They also ignored me for 10 mins when I walked in while the lady at the desk chopped it up with some friend who brought her coffee. Being friendly with someone is one thing, but this just came off as insulting while I was standing there waiting.

Long story short, Kikani was so helpful troubleshooting my issues and offering up recommendations. I have only had wonderful customer service at this location. Thank you Kikani (and Mona too!) Update: 5/6/2024 - Fortunately for all of you, I found some new hobbies so I won't have time to update my FedEx reviews as much. On a more serious note, just wanted to give a shout to Kikani and Jovan who did an amazing job with some cards I needed to be printed out today. They turned out perfectly! I so appreciate the staff at this location (Jonathan too! and Jenai!). I'll stop now. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Update: 2/27/2024 - Special shout out again to Jenai (and team) at this location. I literally was in and out within 5 minutes. The staff here is attentive, professional and helpful. I was working on a personal project and the two of them went above and beyond the call of duty. Always friendly, professional and efficient! Thank you!!! Update: 1/15/2022 - The staff at this particular FedEx Center are great! They are always willing to go the extra mile. Wanted to give a special shout out to John and Destiny - rock stars! 6/10/2023 - really love the spaciousness of this location. Special thank you to Jenai, Mona (& team) who seem to work tirelessly.
