BUT… the manager Hugh at this location has made me change my views and perspective on fedex…. Always A1 services , always a smile on his face, always positive and uplifting energy and will always be happy to take care of you, no matter how complicated your request might be. Anytime I have to drop something off at fedex for work, I get excited because I get to see my man Hugh. Thank you for making each experience at FedEx on 641 Lexington ave a memorable one
- UTUsman TariqDec 15, 20253.0Lance assisted me throughout my visit and was very patient and helpful. My dad, a diabetic patient had to use the bathroom and he helped us a lot. Unfortunately, I was not able to get an earlier date for my parcel to arrive at the destination , but was satisfied with his overall service. The other worker however, had a name tag flipped upside down and had an attitude mid conversation, when we talked to him specifically first. Totally not professional.
