There was a young African American male worker with braids working there after 5pm on 07/31/2025 who was EXTREMELY rude! I asked him to come from behind the counter to assist me with printing he said: “I don’t have to do anything” & did not assist me at all! Horrible customer service. I won’t be returning ever again. If I could give this ZERO stars I would’ve!

The photo is taken after watching this man stand there ignored by 2 employees. The employee on the phone seen in the photo and a girl behind him. I felt bad and was about to help the guy myself- the girl looked at him and back at what she was doing. The customer waved, made a little noise, put his package on the scale and FINALLY the girl ask “can I help you”. (The guy in the phone didn’t budge) He had a label and apparently could leave the package and walk out….but who knows this? he was also told that there’s kiosks for self service - and not with empathy, but as if he should have known.
- this is after I asked for a scissor and met with intolerance then ignored when I slid them on the counter and said thank you (by guy on the phone). Customer care completely disregarded?

Worst service ever, the gentleman on shift was on a personal phone call and ignored every customer in the store. I ended up leaving and ordering my photos online.

Only rating one star because I have to. Absolutely the WORST service I have every received at a FedEx and I use FedEx very often for printing brochures, posters, and pictures for a business. It is usually such an easy process. I email links with a discription of what I need to have printed with size descriptions. Then I arrive at FedEx to make sure the links came through in the email and to place the order in person.
I show up at this location and after 3 minutes of being completely ignored I’m finally greeted with “You have a question?” As if I walked up to the counter just to observe them? I respond by saying “Yes, I emailed a link to get printed and I just want to make sure it came through. Then silence. Finally someone asks “what’s the name” I respond with my name. Silence once again. Next the overweight gentleman behind the counter says “What do you want?” He seamed very annoyed at my simple request to open an email to see if my links came through? I honestly felt like I was intruding. I told him that I wanted to print some items. The response I get is “What Items!” At this point I can clearly tell that this man does not want to help me. So instead of asking him once again to open up my email to see what I’m trying to print. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I told him he was very rude and that I would go somewhere else to print my order. I refuse to pull teeth by asking someone to simply do there job.
I would highly discourage any business from trying to print items at this locations since the staff if very rude. If I was in charge I would find a new team ASAP.
