    I was trying to ship a box home after our visit here in New York City and after one or two complications trying to figure out what to do of the staff was able to take over my issue and solve it in a very friendly and professional way.

    Was waiting in line to drop off some packages. They were large so I didn't put them in the self service kiosk. The associate told me to scan them at the kiosk but it wouldn't scan. She didn't believe me and said she would do it and it would work, but I told her I tried. She said "well you'll have to wait then" and proceeded to help somebody else. I tried scanning again and it still didn't work. Reluctantly she scanned them without saying a word. The person behind me had the same issue at the kiosk. This store needs more staff, especially in the morning. It doesn't help anybody being condescending to customers.

    Had to ship out 25 packages at 5:30 and Derek and Zion helped me out and made the process go by so quickly! Super efficient

    The people that work here are unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. Fire them all already and replace them with machines. They don't want to assist you and act like you're an inconvenience anyway.
