- OOOrcaDec 20, 20251.0Was waiting in line to drop off some packages. They were large so I didn't put them in the self service kiosk. The associate told me to scan them at the kiosk but it wouldn't scan. She didn't believe me and said she would do it and it would work, but I told her I tried. She said "well you'll have to wait then" and proceeded to help somebody else. I tried scanning again and it still didn't work. Reluctantly she scanned them without saying a word. The person behind me had the same issue at the kiosk. This store needs more staff, especially in the morning. It doesn't help anybody being condescending to customers.
