I returned an hour later with 20 more pounds to be shredded, and a different clerk told me that I had to remove the staples from all of my documents. I calmly explained that there was no way an industrial shredder could not accept staples when my tiny home shredder does. He said that's what they were told. I spent 20+ minutes removing staples and politely asked him, as I was leaving, to please check with the people who come and pick up the bins about the staples. He said that was what they were told and it didn't seem he would follow up.

He helped explain sometimes they cause issue and printed each of them behind the counter for me. Thanks again Jerry!

FedEx please hire someone new to manage that has better customer service skills. The other customer came with a man and received better treatment by the way. Just want to note the discrepancy

I had two heavy packages to pick up and was preparing to haul them by myself to the curb and wait for my movers to come - but staff member Adam came to my rescue and went above and beyond to transport and unload these packages for me. My movers came an hour late so I especially appreciated Adam and his coworker for their kindness and humor in accommodating my situation. Thank you so much Adam!
