This place has some of the rudest manager I have ever encountered. I am 36 years old, and no one has ever spoken to me with the level of disrespect and racism that I experienced here. I am still shaking from the encounter today.
When I walked in, there was a line marker on the floor that said “stand here.” I noticed the employee was almost finished helping the customer ahead of me, and since no one else was in line, I stepped closer so I could be next. As soon as he finished, instead of greeting me, he came out from behind the counter and rudely snapped, “Next time make sure you stand over there. That’s where the line starts.” No greeting. No “ma’am.” Just attitude.
Immediately after that, a white man walked in holding a box. The same employee politely greeted him, called him sir, smiled, and asked if he had a label. I, the only Black customer in the store, was not greeted at all.
I was returning a package that clearly stated no box required. I brought it exactly as instructed, in the plastic bag it came in. Instead of boxing the item and printing the label he spoke to me as if I were garbage. His tone was hostile, dismissive, and completely unnecessary.
What made this even more upsetting is that every white customer who walked in was greeted and treated kindly, while I was met with nothing but rudeness. This was not subtle. It was obvious. It was racist.
I later saw that he has been listed as a manager since 2013. That is unacceptable. Customers deserve to feel safe, welcomed, and respected. We don’t ask for special treatment we ask for basic human decency. He does not know where I’m coming from or what kind of day I’ve had. The least he could do is say hello.
If he had something to correct, it could have been said respectfully. I don’t believe he would want anyone speaking to his wife, mother, or sister the way he spoke to me.
This behavior is rude, discriminatory, and embarrassing for FedEx. Do better

Customer service is very poor.
The staff member definitely needs training. Was waiting at a desk for a drop off, all other desks were empty.
After 2 min the staff member who had seen me at the desk and did not say anything before that, called me over to a different desk.
After walking to the new desk with a big parcel in my hand, a person walked from the self printing area straight infront of me and was served.
The staff member did not address any of the easy to solve issues and made me wait 10min.
Would have been happy if basic communication had been established in the beginning.
Otherwise the store is easy to access with all of the supplies that you need for shipping purposes.
There is a print station for work too.
Really good location.

Local resident here. Great staff, knowledgeable and hard working. Self service area is clean and accessible. The duo there handle irate and unreasonable customers with the patience of Buddha. Keep up the good work.

The customer service at this FedEx location is consistently terrible. The staff are unhelpful, unfriendly, and seem irritated anytime you ask a basic question. There’s one employee in particular who walks around looking annoyed and acts like helping customers is a burden.
The space itself is also poorly managed — it’s narrow, crowded, and unsafe. They have desks along the wall for packaging, but people constantly leave chairs sticking out into the walkway. I’ve nearly tripped several times, and it’s a serious safety hazard, especially for older customers.
When I mentioned this to a staff member, he couldn’t have cared less and basically said, “What do you want me to do?” — instead of taking simple action like putting up a sign to remind people to push in chairs.
Overall, this location is slow, rude, and completely lacking in customer service. FedEx should really look into improving management and safety here.
