Asked the front desk associate and he said he couldn’t help because it was a USPS label—unless I wanted to buy a whole roll of tape for $8–$10. Like… what? I literally just used your machines and spent money.

She then asked the value and told me that I would be charged based on the value, even though it wasn’t “insurance“. I had packed an item in the original packaging (it was a computer) but she told me that she couldn’t put in the full value due to the fact that it has been opened. I finally left and went to UPS. Really unfortunate downfall for a company that has traditionally been known for high levels of Customer Service.
