- ABAmber BrookeOct 1, 20255.0I created a flyer on Canva and ordered it to be printed at the FedEx that happens to be in my office's building. When I arrived, they showed it to me and they had printed my landscape design on portrait paper, two per page. I mentioned that this is not how the preview had shown it to me. I pulled up the image of how it looked in the preview. The staff went and checked on how it was printed and noticed it had been printed in error. They asked me to return an hour later. I did and it was printed perfectly. Amazing customer service.

The employees should be better valued. He made her cry I felt terrible. Because they are all so great.

These folks helped me out in a big way on a Monday morning as I needed some last second print work done, and they got me the bound copies done for me in under an hour. Had to go back to them the next week as well, but with a more standard allotment of time. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly both times.
