- DRDaniel RichardsFeb 27, 20261.0Dishonest and crappy. Went in to print and copy. Kiosk didn't read my USB key, staff volunteered to do it for me, then charged me the $2.50 "Full Service" fee. If your equipment is non-functional, waive the fee. Will not go back.

When I arrived, they showed it to me and they had printed my landscape design on portrait paper, two per page. I mentioned that this is not how the preview had shown it to me. I pulled up the image of how it looked in the preview. The staff went and checked on how it was printed and noticed it had been printed in error. They asked me to return an hour later. I did and it was printed perfectly. Amazing customer service.

I then emailed them and placed an order for 100 color prints (20 copies of a 5 page file) and the order specified that the individual decks be stapled. The woman refused to staple the items and then only printed one file. When I told her my order was for 20 copies she told me I didn’t place an order (which is not what the email from FedEx said) and then her coworker said “nu uh, not today, don’t bother with her” when I was trying to place an order for $100+. They also charged me .90 per page plus an additional rush fee when the price online said .68 per page which makes zero sense. Terrible way to treat not only a customer placing a large order, but a repeat customer who is in the store weekly to print. Will not be coming back here.
