Simply miserable across the board. Worse, every question the woman in front of me had was met by an immediate scowl. She was beyond polite and nice so I can’t imagine what his problem was. Store personnel and FedEx customer service were very unhelpful and now I’m waiting to hear from Apple about what’s supposed to happen next to resolve this theft. Lesson learned: do not trust this store or FedEx. And save all paperwork so they can’t wriggle out of their responsibilities.
