I arrived simply to drop off a package with a pre-paid label, an elementary transaction that should have required neither time nor effort. Instead, the individual at the counter managed to make the experience remarkably unpleasant through their dismissive and unprofessional demeanor. It is deeply concerning that such conduct is tolerated under the FedEx name.

- KGkatia graytokOct 6, 20251.0My main complaint is that the service person at the 1602 2nd Ave, NYC location was unprofessional and condescending to me when I attempted to ship a package to Canada. I arrived prepared, with all required documents printed and ready. When she requested the documents by email, I explained that I did not have access to them on my phone. She became frustrated when my copy wouldn't scan, condescendingly spoke to me, and treated me as if I were illiterate, and asked me to read back to her the words “scan” as if I didn't know what “scan” meant. I then took my package to another FedEx location on Lexington Avenue, where the staff was professional and appreciated that I had all the necessary paperwork. I recommend that the manager at the 2nd Avenue site receive customer service training and address their attitude toward customers.
