    DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS LOCATION. They tried to charge me to drop off my file and I already have a label. They said the fee was a hospitality service fee? What the hell does that mean? I wish I had more hands so I could give it 4 thumbs down!

    This location is inside the Westin hotel in the 2nd Flr. I went to drop off a package and they said the drop off fee alone was $10.00. Even though I had my preprinted label and I had called FedEx ahead of time to ask if there were any fees. Duane Reade on 40th may be a better drop off location.

    This location is actually across the street from the Google maps inside the 2nd floor of the Westin. Self print was easy.

    First it's inside a hotel on the 2nd floor so hard to find 2nd because it's inside a hotel they charge you for prepaid packages So many other easier and more convenient options in the city. Don't recommend
