    The staff here are so lovely, especially Haaj. He was really patient and reinforced my boxes carefully with tape. They even arrived early.

    FedEx mis-delivered an envelope to my building so I bought it to this store for them to take it to the correct address. The woman behind the counter said she couldn't take the envelop. I said I'm not taking it either. I told her to throw it in the garbage then. She told me I should throw it in the garbage. What the actual............

    I brought my Apple shipment in along with a barcode provided by Apple for free shipping through FedEx. The guy behind the counter told me I had to buy a box. That's not what Apple said. He scans my barcode and tells me bad news he's not trained on that portal yet so he can't help me. Send me to another FedEx location a few blocks away.

    The woman who works here alone after 6pm, didn't get her name, is very helpful. I was in and out in 5 minutes and she answered all my questions. Best shipping experience I've ever had.

    I just went to this location to pick up a package, as a door tag was left, stating to pick up at the store. I had to deal with a very rude staff member at the store. With only one other customer he proceeded to instruct me to move and stand to wait for Him in one area then another moving me from one area to another. Then when he asked for my ID and requested the tracking number, all I had was the door tag that was provided and my ID. He insisted I look up the tracking online; what is the purpose of the door tag? Was no need for all the drama. He needs some training on how to deal with people. I won’t be back to this store ever!!!
