Two months of aggravated service, they were so unreliable we ended up cancelling the treadmill. So after Christmas, we ordered a treadmill from Dick’s Sporting Goods store. What a difference. Not only did we get an employee at Dicks who has worked at the store for 22 yrs., so he was very knowledgeable and helpful: the carrier service they employ to deliver and set up was worth every dollar of the fee. Excellent service! Punctual, communicative and brought 250 lb treadmill down to the basement to set it up Highly recommend this company.
