Nobody rang the door bell or knocked. Nobody even appeared on our security camera attempting to deliver. We then received an email that says 'shipment has been delivered and signed for by: A&R nobody on site/ no answer'
No one here has the initials A&R.... No shipment outside.
Called the number on the email, they don't know where the shipment is and do not know how to contact the driver to find out where it is and what happened... The lack of communication is astounding.... Other person is supposed to call me back after they locate our shipment and find out what happened.
