The team that came worked very well and efficiently together. They were very patient, as they needed to troubleshoot the machine at first. And they stayed until it was all figured out, and the treadmill was running ! The communication was great, as they arrived within the three hour period and kept us updated throughout.

Horrible delivery service. They give you a delivery window then don’t even call and say they will be late but come 3 hours after the delivery window was over … then delivery guy comes don’t set up my equipment properly I told him it’s not working and he said I have to call the company and left . They was su to also take the boxes with them it say it clear as day on the receipt and they left it outside worst service I have ever had in my life

We had ordered a treadmill through another business right before Christmas of ‘25. Two months of aggravated service, they were so unreliable we ended up cancelling the treadmill.
So after Christmas, we ordered a treadmill from Dick’s Sporting Goods store. What a difference. Not only did we get an employee at Dicks who has worked at the store for 22 yrs., so he was very knowledgeable and helpful: the carrier service they employ to deliver and set up was worth every dollar of the fee. Excellent service! Punctual, communicative and brought 250 lb treadmill down to the basement to set it up Highly recommend this company.
