Delivery guys would NOT bring the treadmill inside the house. My 87 yo stepdad received the equipment and the two delivery guys said they could not bring equipment in and left treadmill in box outside in drive way. I was never told I had to pay extra for it to be delivered inside the house or to assemble it. I could’ve done this if I was told. My mother and stepdad live by themselves.

The scheduling was slightly tricky but worked itself out. The delivery team was truly AMAZING! The guys called ahead to give me a 30 minute time frame of arrival. Once they arrived they were friendly, kind, incredibly professional, and very informative. They do a BIG job and they are well versed in the set up and start up of equipment!!

Had my treadmill delivered and assembled today by Felix and Leo. They were exceptional and outstanding. They were on time, efficient, professional and friendly. They answered my questions with no hesitation and quickly thought me how to use the machine. Best of all, they cleaned up after themselves. I am extremely satisfied with this service.

Communication with this delivery company is terrible. They called and selected a random delivery time without calling to confirm first. Then I had to call them several times to get the original delivery date changed. When it was reschedule from Dec 11 to Dec 13 they didn’t show on the 13 after I had waited at home all day. They finally rescheduled again for Dec 20th. Every time I called the customer service number I got the same run around from every representative. They would say they will notify the dispatcher and get the delivery date changed, but 4 separate times they didn’t follow through. Awful communication between call center and dispatcher. If I could give a -5 I would.
