  This was delivery of a piece of exercise equipment and the process from start to finish was perfect. The driver was friendly, safe, efficient, worked quickly and with care. This was a pretty large box and it was delivered in perfect condition to exactly when and where it was supposed go. It was delivered well within the time window promised.

  Dick’s was very responsive and helpful. AIG was professional and customer service scheduled quickly after being called. They also responded quickly in making an alteration to the delivery form in order that there were no delays. The technicians came in a timely manner, were very professional and knowledgeable. Well done!

  My daughter furniture that I bought from home depot was deliver on 3/25/26 and the technician came out on 4/1/2026. He came and said he didn't know he had to move the packages to upstairs. He needs another assembler to help me. That Which I paid extra to move to Upstairs $40. Then also I paid $200 for delivery. I kept calling them to have technician's come out again. But every time I call, they said there is no appointment available and someone will call me back. But no one called me back, This is the worst services. I will never buy anything through them.

  AIT Logistics has been a complete disaster. They gave me a delivery window of 2–5 PM on Saturday and never showed up. Then they gave me the exact same 2–5 PM window today and missed it again. At that point, it’s not a mistake, it’s a pattern of incompetence. Don’t promise delivery windows you clearly have no intention or ability to keep. Customers plan their day around these appointments, and AIT Logistics seems to have no respect for that at all. This company has been unreliable, unprofessional, and a huge waste of time. I would never trust AIT Logistics again.

  The two gentlemen who delivered my new NordicTrack 2450 treadmill were incredibly nice and professional, however these poor guys had only ever assembled 1 treadmill before and it was not this one. The treadmill is not working for some unknown reason, and NordicTrack is having to send an expert out to try and figure out why. It is by no means the fault of the delivery guys. AIT needs to make sure that whoever they contract to deliver and assemble, has experience with what they’re assembling and how to troubleshoot.
