We checked in right on time and we were told to stand in a corner and wait and someone would be right with us. 40 minutes later when I inquired about being helped, I was told the person who is responsible is on "lunch" and they had no idea when he would be back. When I asked whether he could be reached, I was told "that's his personal time". Got it. Forget about work and school time for the family who had the appointment.
