People wait for her to say next but but busy to chatting on phone. If this is happening in a post office how people can have a better experience ?

We went there for passport application with our 3 month old baby. Mr.Sojan helped us very patiently. Thank you so much for the incredible service you offered, his attitude saved us a day and time. 8/16/2025, Saturday, 12.45pm.
