I had a very frustrating experience with the store recently. I had a laptop and charger. I needed to get to my college student in upstate NY. I had wanted the young woman who was working the counter to package it up for me while I waited, but she pointed at the long line and said that she would do it once things slowed down. I felt a little uneasy about that, but agreed anyway against my better judgment. Sure enough, the laptop arrived in upstate New York without the charger, which was very specific for that laptop and now my kid is without a working laptop for another week. 🤯

Ups has conflicting rules with their stores, suddenly it’s a fee to print the label and ship my package, another location you can print the label but they charge you for tape. I brought my own tape this time but was not aware of paying to print a label because you all have inconsistent rules. What is the point of a self serve service if you can’t help yourself?
