- CWCory Waldheim4 days ago2.0I drop off packages pretty frequently at this location. Not once has any worker ever been friendly at all. If you know you’ll have questions regarding shipping or anything, do yourself a favor and go to any location other than the new paltz PO.

So rude and very unhelpful! He just had this way about him like I was bothering him at his job! Customer service is NOT on there list of job qualifications. I left there feeling very upset! The women at the desk was extremely rude to me and the older women in front of me. She was borderline yelling the answers rudely to me when I just had a simple shipping question. I understand everyone has bad days, but this was truly an awful experience.
