So rude and very unhelpful! He just had this way about him like I was bothering him at his job! Customer service is NOT on there list of job qualifications. I left there feeling very upset! I don’t know why people can’t treat others with kindness

The women at the desk was extremely rude to me and the older women in front of me. She was borderline yelling the answers rudely to me when I just had a simple shipping question. I understand everyone has bad days, but this was truly an awful experience.

This location is terrible. I'll spend the extra money and drive out of town to use UPS or FedEx from now on.
