  Terrible experience. I was after a specific printer ink, and called in advance to make sure this specific location carried it. I was assured by staff that it was in stock, and a given a quantity of additional boxes on the shelf as well. After driving an hour to get to this location, and postponing printing that needed to be done relatively quickly, I walk into the store to find that they actually didn’t carry this ink at all. While the staff was friendly enough, this seems endemic of bloated box store chains we’re basic training and stock quantities simply do not add up. I’ll be shopping online from now on – stores like these are becoming things of the past And did not worth the effort.

  Love the customer service every time I come in to the store. I bought a laptop and a printer and was extremely satisfied with my customer service.
