    We went in to see about getting a label printed with my husbands grandma who passed this summer on it and weren’t sure how to do it. Amber in the printing department was extremely nice and helpful with suggestions. Thank you for your exceptional service and patience!

    Staples itself is awesome. The Amazon returns takes forever and ties up the print and mailing shop folks. I recommend having a self serve Amazon return kiosk in addition to being assisted by an associate. That is the reason for four star review. If it changes, I'll update it accordingly.

    Staples Office store in NewHartford,NY has outstanding tech staff who can solve just about any issues with computers. Polite, easy to communicate with, and customer friendly. You never have a “dumb” question and they follow up if needed.
