    Well informed and helpful staff. Friendly and citrus, in fact the associate that sold me my laptop remembers me whenever I go to Staples. Affordable prices and no pressure sales. Works to serve best interests of the customer!

    0.00 rating with customer service at this specific store location. NEVER EVER have I had any successful help with printing labels for returns. It's 2025 and I have to convert my label to PDF and send it to their lagging email? Then pay 80 cents for a piece of paper. EXTREMELY unhappy with these people. Especially the purple haired girl behind the counter. Unbelievable, won't go back.
