- RRRyanOct 17, 20253.0Put the option to rate the service at the END of the transaction. I went to select print and email and the guy ended the transaction. There are also no pens in the lobby.

I called the post office, and they told me it would be delivered the next day but again, nothing arrived. I eventually had to go in person to pick it up, and surprisingly, they didn’t even check my ID. Anyone could’ve claimed my package. That’s a serious security concern. Between the misinformation over the phone and the lack of ID verification, the entire experience was frustrating and disappointing.
