  Beautiful new store, friendly and helpful staff! Location is much more convenient for me than driving to Holbrook like I used to.

  First off. I go to UPS several times a wk. Veronica is absolutely the friendliest person and is always so helpful. She goes out of her way to not only shoot the shit. But biggest thing that impresses me. Is that she always remembers my name. Yes I go there frequently. But she sees millions of customers. And I greatly appreciate it. I love going there! Use to hate going to any ups because it’s just another thing to do. But she makes it very pleasant. And I don’t mind going one bit. Now that I found this location and live in the area. She always greets with a smile and is always has an extremely positive attitude. As the song goes… where everybody knows your name from the oldie but goodie Cheers lol. There’s a certain kind of comfort when people take notice of you, and take the time, to not only know your name. But to take the time to talk to you. 1000 million stars for Veronica at Nesconset NY Smithtown Blvd!! *****Ps I tried making another review for Alex as well. But it would not let me make two. I came in last week to return some items to SHEIN. they had made it clear that they wanted each individual clothing put back into the same bag. Unfortunately, I threw out each bag, but I did purchase shipping bags on Amazon, so there weren’t any problems. There were nine dresses total that I was returning and like I was advised from the company to package each one separately I then put them all in one box sealed, signed and delivered lol well, I wasn’t very familiar with HAPPY Returns. Alex had told me that I did not have to bag each item nor put it in a box. He was very kind and very patient in taking each dress out of each bag. he also expressed to me that he felt bad because he saw the time that I put into it and because I purchased the bags online. I told him it was OK now I know for next time. because I didn’t have each bag he had to go through every item and make sure. That every dress was being returned. Because the bags that I threw out actually had some sort of barcode that he could’ve just scanned and instead of looking at the pictures and having to make sure each dress was there. He stayed very professional and very calm and continued to make light of the situation, even though I felt it was annoying for him that he had to undo everything. I appreciated the time he took i helping me and his very positive attitude. He was very friendly and of course, very helpful 1000 stars for Alex! Thank you, again UPS of Nesconset! Your store has a wonderful team. Best one I have ever been to. And I’ve been to a lot if Suffolk County. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST AND YOU ALL ROCK!*****

  Truly exceptional service, I didn’t get her name but employee # 329302 (on my receipt today) was so helpful and kind! Customer service was great, she was knowledgeable and cheerful. Shipping has become so expensive no matter where you go so not only did she make my day but it took the edge off of spending $70 to ship 3 packages.
