- SGShay GOct 13, 20181.0Nancy who usually works the front desk is such a sweet and lovely lady. I don't know where she has been lately but she is desperately missed! The lady I encountered today with a name tag of Heather has to be the most snarky, rudest postal worker I have encountered in my many years of going to this post office. The way she talked to an elderly man today was horrible to the point I got out of line and skipped using the counter completely. I'll either wait until she isn't working or go to another post office. I hope the post master addresses this with her. No excuse for that rude snarky behavior.

Being annoyed with the fact the employees actually have a relationship with the people in the town enough to have a conversation is pretty disgraceful. If your such an angry robot just go to the next available post office they will accept all your negative energy there and get you in and out quickly back to your systematic life. As far me, I always receive great service at this office. I get many packages delivered throughout the the week through different services and carriers and the clerk and driver both go out of thier way to do thier job well, and treat me well and good converasation which matters to me too. Tattletaling on someone to get them fired is even further disgraceful btw
